I tailor each massage to match my clients' needs. I can use light pressure as in Reiki and cranial sacral or deep pressure as in trigger point therapy and structural integration. The ultimate goal is the best health and function for each client. My treatment goals can include relief from migraine headaches, low back pain, sciatica or general postural concerns. |
