Services Offered:
Swedish massage : Cleansing and rejuvenating, Swedsh Massage is a wonderful way to calm the body and the mind. Massage provides manipulation of the soft tissue for therapeutic purposes. Massage benefits the body by releasing tension in the muscles and increasing lymph circulation and oxygen to the blood.
Reflexology:
A natural healing approach to wellness through massage and stimulation of the pressure points in the hands and feet. These points correspond to different systems in the body. Relaxing as well as reviving, most clients express a feeling of overall well being after each session. Reflexology can be soothing for children with ADHD or sleep disorders, those who are injured, sick or would not be able to undergo a full body massage.
Pregnancy Massage:
A wonderful experience for the expectant mother that assists in alleviating uncomfortable symptoms associated with pregnancy. As long as your doctor permits, you can enjoy massage throughout you entire pregnancy and as a part of your postnatal care.
Reiki/Laying on of Hands:I have used this gentle medium of healing for terminally ill patients; infants and adults; those with chronic illnesses and in cases where massage is contra-indicated. Effective without being intrusive, the art of balancing the body's energy creates a sense of calm, allowing the body to heal or prepare for transition.
